Successful Supply Chain Management requires cross-functional integration of key business processes within the firm and across the network of firms that comprise the supply chain. The challenge is to determine how to successfully accomplish this integration.

Within this section I will be talking about the concepts and real life experiences I have had over the past 10 years with supply chains in different domains. I will also talk about the future trends and the impact of supply chains on the global economy.
